Cancellation & Disclosure Policy

Welcome, and congratulations on beginning this journey with us.

Below you’ll find important information about our sessions.

Cancellation Policy

- Session Length: 1:1/ Couples sessions usually take 60 minutes.

Please note that depending on your individual needs, some sessions may be slightly shorter or longer.

- Running Late? If you’re running late, please take responsibility to contact us ahead of time. We will do our best to check in with you, but please note that sessions will not be extended beyond the scheduled time as it affects other clients’ appointments.

- Cancellation or Rescheduling: Life happens, and rescheduling is understandable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session not being rescheduled.

T & C’s for THE RELATIONSHIP ROOM only
Please note the following applies to all memberships within the Relationship Room:

- The Relationship Room has a minimum 12-week commitment, however most Couples stay with us for 6-12 months 

- Your package price includes access as a COUPLE (you and your partner)

- Weekly payments are processed via third party platform (Stripe)

- Stripe will automatically keep trying until all missed payments are paid 

- Payments are charged automatically each week on the day on which you first signed up

- We will tune in with you after 10 weeks or so to decide which package to continue on after initial 12 weeks

- By signing up you agree to make all 12x payments whether you choose to participate or not

- Please note your sessions of your chosen package ( TRANSFORM: 12x - THRIVE: 6x - DEEPEN: 3x ) are to be used within your 12-week period, these sessions are not transferrable to the next quarter

- Access is for registered members only, materials are not to be shared anyone

- No refunds.

- The Relationship Room is for educational/support purposes and is not a substitute

for individual therapy or crisis support

Confidentiality Policy

Your privacy and confidentiality are incredibly important to us.

All information gathered during our sessions is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

- Personal details and session notes are securely stored.

- We follow strict client confidentiality guidelines, and information will only be shared with another

healthcare provider if you provide written permission.

However, there are specific situations where disclosure is mandatory by law:

- If we believe your safety or the safety of another person is in danger.

- If a child’s wellbeing is at risk.

- If your information is subpoenaed by a court.

You understand that we are not providing psychological or medical advice, and mentoring should not replace treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. We are Relationship Mentors, not medical doctors, psychologists, or psychiatrists.

What You Can Expect from Our Journey Together

We will meet for the agreed number of sessions over an agreed period of time (depending on the offering you have chosen). Depending on your journey, we may adjust sessions to a weekly or fortnightly schedule based on the integration needed.

During our work together, you are welcome to reach out to us between sessions. You can send written messages as moments arise for you between sessions. We aim to respond within 48 hours, but often reply within a few hours. (Support available Monday to Friday.)
